  • Anything in relation to AI, NFT’s and crypto

  • Hate art or anything offensive

  • Furry/Anthro (will draw once i practice more)

  • Mechs/Mecha

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read through and agree to all of my terms of service below:

  • All of my commissions will be paid upfront through Paypal on my Ko-fi page or DM’s, with no refunds allowed once the piece is finished.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable in any way or if I am treated rudely and disrespectfully by my client. Commissioning me means you agree you’ve read through my Can/Can’t draw list. If I find that your commission secretly goes against that list, you will be blacklisted.

  • I reserve the rights to the artwork made and may post it on my social media at my discretion (if you’d prefer for the art not to be posted, however, you may let me know in your request or through DM’s).

  • The artwork I produce for you is for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial purposes of any kind. Proper credit must be given when my work is used/posted on your socials. I do not allow markups/editing of my work.

  • My motivation for art varies constantly as I become burnt out and unmotivated very easily, but I will do my best to finish the commission within a timely manner which is typically within two weeks of the payment. If the commission isn’t finished within 30 days of the payment being completed, you may request a refund/partial refund based on the progress of the commission.

  • If you would like sketch approvals and progress requests, please include your email address or your Discord, Twitter/X or Instagram username in your submission for me to send them to (social media’s are preferred over email. you could leave more than one of those in case one doesn’t work).

  • You may request up to three changes during the revision process. A small fee will be charged for every requested change afterwards.

  • That being said, I will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction of the final product due to lack of proper communication with my client during the revision process.

  • The artwork I make for you can NOT be used for anything involving AI training, NFT’s or cryptocurrency under ANY circumstance.

  • Please give me clear references/examples for me to work with, as I cannot work with word descriptions or unclear/blurry images. I will not accept AI generated imagery as a form of reference either. In the event where you don’t have anything particular in mind and give me more creative freedom with your request, references such as mood boards would still be helpful and appreciated.

  • The prices of my commissions are not set and additional fees may be charged depending on the complexity of the request, such as a complex character design.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result you being publicly blacklisted depending on the severity of the violation.Thank you for your time!Home
